This decision is wrong at the very core. How could 5 men in good conscious deliver such a heinous ruling. It is not even up for interpretation that a man need not assert their rights. The right was asserted 200 years ago.

Stallworth was headed toward the beach when he hit Mario Reyes, 59, around 7 a.m., said Miami Beach police spokesman Juan Sanchez. Reyes was taken to a nearby trauma center, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later. He was near a crosswalk but it’s not clear if he was crossing legally. [Update: Reyes was in the middle of the road and ran out from between 2 cars. No one sober could have avoided hitting him.
